Behind the Scenes: Between Moments
When fashion steps out of the atelier and breathes in the space around it, that magical spark happens. And this time, it happened in Osijek, in the stillness and light of Hotel Mattera – a place that may not be on the fashion map, but most certainly deserves to be. Airy architecture, clean lines, and a peacefulness that feels almost meditative allowed the Between Moments collection to fully come to life.
When I saw the pieces from the collection in that setting, it felt as if they had found where they truly belong. It was a moment where colors, materials, and movement came alive on a new level. Mattera created the perfect contrast: a modern oasis in the Slavonian landscape, calm and composed – just like the collection.
In that rhythm, everything fell into place – from the double espresso to the caramel matcha on the terrace, from chasing the perfect beam of light to the spontaneous smiles caught in passing. It was dreamy, architectural, minimalist.

Photographer Sanja Jagatić (@sanja_jagatic) captured through her lens what cannot be staged – light, shadows, silence. The ambiance itself was inspiring and added depth to the frames, which allowed me to create visually powerful and emotional moments. Everything aligned, and I felt it instantly through the lens. That ‘click’ had to happen – between the light, the space, the moment, and a great crew on set. And when everything breathes in the same rhythm, beautiful photos are born.
Mattera has that calm and architectural elegance that perfectly matches the A’MARIE brand aesthetic. In my shots, I tried to connect the spirit of the space with the atmosphere of the collection – quiet, yet powerful. Shooting in Osijek had a personal dimension for me as well; it was special to capture it in such a contemporary light.
The energy of the day? Busy, but incredibly fluid – everything unfolded effortlessly, all in sync.

For me, behind the scenes isn’t just about preparation and hustle – it’s a chance to tell a story through a mix of interiors, the collection, and the people who bring it all to life. I especially love capturing that unfolding dynamic – how everything slowly comes together, how the atmosphere shifts, and how harmony is born out of soft chaos.
Sometimes the most special moments are the ones between two frames, two sips of matcha, two rays of light. And right there, between moments, a story was born – one we now share with you through these images.
